This is My B.E. Final Year project. I did a project based on Modeling and Optimization of Process Parameters for CNC machining of Al-7075.in this first we made a fuzzy model using MATLAB for predicting the effect of process parameters like Feed, Speed and DOC on output parameters like Surface roughness and MRR.After that we validate the fuzzy model with actual machining and collecting the actual data for Surface Roughness using HOMMEL surface tester. by using Taguchi method and ANOVA analysis we find the optimal paramters for machining AL-7075.
