under " Lean manufacturing and Process Improvement" we were assigned a project to apply Lean manufacturing and Process improvement techniques for a Company.we made an attempt to improve the Process flow and suggested few solutions.
In this ,we learned various topics Like Value stream mapping, Yamazumi chart, basic concepts of Six-sigma, 5-Why Analysis , how to modify the Current state VSM from 5-Why analysis.
